Giving Angels Tree Host Registration

Sign up today to brighten the holidays for one or more local children in need!

Information about the child/children you are sponsoring will be emailed to you by early November, giving you the entire month to shop for gifts or donate towards purchases. Complete instructions for organizing and labeling your gifts will be included with your family information.

Gifts must be turned in the week of December 2, so we can sort, pack and get them to the families before Christmas.

Gifts will need to be dropped off at HTC: 2490 Technical Drive, Miamisburg, OH 45342. You will find the Giving Angels drop-off location at the back parking lot of this building/the lower parking lot.

Sign up today to host an HTC Giving Angels Tree at your location! You can choose to receive a list of needed items via email (an excel spreadsheet) or we will provide you a packet of angel tags listing holiday gift items for children in need. Tags for grocery gift cards will also be provided. In addition, you can choose to receive tags listing small household needs for the child's family.

Angel tags/spreadsheets will be delivered in early November, giving participants the entire month of November to shop for gifts or donate towards purchases. Complete instructions on organizing and labeling gifts will be included with the tags/spreadsheet.

Gifts must be turned in the week of December 2nd so we can sort, pack and get the gifts to the families before Christmas. Plan for gifts to be returned to your place of business EARLIER than December 2nd so that you can arrange to have the gifts to us by Monday December 2nd (the Monday after Thanksgiving).

We will send you FOUR gift requests for each child you sponsor. Anticipate spending approximately $100 per child you choose to sponsor. You are welcome to team up with friends and neighbors to sponsor a family together!

Family Requests

We try to provide the families in our program with some additional household necessities in addition to the children’s gifts. Each tag lists an item such as a set of towels, pots & pans, a toaster or other small household necessity. You may request as many or few tags as you like.

Gifts must be delivered to us December 2nd. VERY LIMITED volunteer assistance is available to pick up from locations, however it is VERY helpful to have gifts delivered to our program location.

Publicize Your Giving Angels Tree

HTC publicizes the locations of Giving Angel trees that are open to the public picking up tags and dropping off gifts for the program. Public tree locations will be listed on our website and will be publicized in social media, email and press releases.

Would you also like to provide grocery gift cards or other family needs?

Families are allowed to request up to three household needs, such as blankets, towels, small appliances, cleaning/hygiene supplies and a grocery gift card. While our main focus is on providing holiday gifts for the children, many of our donors enjoy providing these items to brighten the holidays for the children's families as well. Our goal is to provide each family with at least ONE of their household needs along with a grocery gift card to help with their holiday meal.
