The Giving Angels program provides Christmas toys
and clothing items to families in need.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
Partner Agency Instructions:
Applications are due October 16, 2024. Applications received after this date
will not be
accepted.
Program open to all children in family.
Application must be accompanied by NON-REFUNDABLE $10 PER CHILD fee.
Unborn babies must have a due date no later than December 31, 2024.
Ensure clients fill out applications correctly.
Incomplete/inaccurate applications may cause
delay or REJECTION of request.
Written thank-you notes are GREATLY APPRECIATED. We do send all thank-you notes
directly to the donors. This year, families are welcome to use cards, stationery, etc.
Client Instructions:
Fill out application accurately and completely.
Note if clothing size is child, junior, or adult.

Use number sizes. EXAMPLE: 5T pants or 9 Juniors shirt
This is especially important for the clothing and shoes, so we can get the right
sizes for your child!
